  • i think its terrible when people ask you to pray for them. when people pray for other people, shouldn't it be out of their own compassion and thoughtfulness, not because you think you need to be prayed for? i think it seems a little selfish...some people have real problems. Asking for someone to pray for you is almost like praying for yourself, which is a little selfish. aren't we taught not to do that in sunday school when we're like 6 years old? let's not abuse the system as it so exists.

  • i'm so sad...we put our cat roley down the other day. i didn't expect to cry so much for him. he was like a member of the family though for the 14 years that we had him.

  • i've been a busy lady lately......

    school, sorority...then i recorded some background vocals for this philly rapper...good times..really funny.

    then just last weekend i did some modeling for this designer leonid gurevich for some brochure for the UN...crazy! it was so fun i got to wear like couture gowns in the shoot. he wants me to model for his show in the spring too. i may have some more modeling jobs lined up...hopefully.

    i'm doing booking for this band the bees and the birds...if you see that they're playing..you should definitely check them out..it's really fun music thats like folky with a banjo and stuff.

  • I'm so glad to be back at school. I just finished my first week...busy already.

    Last night my lovely pledge class sisters and I went out to dinner at New Deck. It was so much fun being with those girls again...they are my loves. after that sabryna, jess, d-pod and I went and got 40s from Varsity. We met back up with the girls at the phi sig house and proceeded to get drunk. jess and I went to her brother's friend's house which just happens to be across the street from her apartment and half a block away from mine. then, we went to john's house and hung out and..I don't really remember what else...we got pretty drunk.

    I am now regretting all that beer as I sit here in my apartment having just gotten out of bed with a horrible hangover. At least it's a three day weekend...

    Alright...there's laundry to do and dishes to wash....
